# Service Upgrade If you have tried the AI Search (Free trial) and want to upgrade to the more comprehensive Standard Edition, follow this guide. ## Prerequisites * You have activated the AI Search Engine (Free trial). --- ## Steps The upgrade process takes only 3 steps and is very simple. :::warning \*Note If you upgrade after your free trial service expires, existing data (including items, documents, and behaviors), applications, and configurations will not be retained. ::: 1. In the Volcano Engine console’s left navigation bar, find and click **Upgrade Service**.

2. On the pop\-up upgrade page, confirm the order details, then click **Buy Now**.

3. The platform will guide you through the payment process. 4. After successful payment, your service will automatically upgrade to AI Search Engine (Standard Edition). --- ## After upgrading You can immediately start enjoying the higher limits offered by AI Search Engine (Standard Edition). The billing for AI Search Engine (Standard Edition) differs from the free trial version.
