Fee description #

RDS for PostgreSQL billing items include instance specification charges and storage space charges.

The billing type determines how the PostgreSQL instance lifecycle is evaluated, where:

• Billing by volume: The instance lifecycle starts when you create it successfully and stops when you release the instance.
• Package Year Package Month: The instance life cycle starts after you create it successfully, and the instance will be automatically released after expiration.

Explain #

RDS for PostgreSQL will notify you by text message 7 days before the end of the beta period to determine whether to continue using the product and service. If you continue to use the product or service after the end of the testing period, Volcano Engine will have the right to begin charging for the service after the end of the testing period. If you do not reply after receiving the SMS notification, expressly refuse or otherwise indicate that you will no longer use it, the product will stop providing you with products and services on the expiration date of the invitation period, and will no longer retain your customer data and customer content.
