iPadOS中UINavigationController搭配UITabBarController的布局约束错误

基于Xcode 16.3的Swift/UIKit项目，在SceneDelegate中通过代码设置UITabBarController，代码如下：

切换到第二个“World”标签页时，iPadOS上出现布局约束错误（iOS无此问题），错误信息如下：

将代码中的tb.viewControllers = [nc1, nc2]改为tb.viewControllers = [vc1, vc2]后，错误消失。请问这一问题的原因是什么？

从错误日志能看到关键冲突点：_UINavigationBarContentView.width == 0，这意味着导航栏内容视图被强制设为0宽度，但内部元素的约束又要求它们在这个0宽度的容器里满足位置和尺寸要求，自然无法同时满足，引发约束冲突。
iOS和iPadOS的导航栏布局逻辑存在差异：iOS对这种延迟添加子控制器的场景做了兼容处理，而iPadOS的导航栏布局更依赖父视图的初始尺寸信息，延迟添加就会触发冲突。
当直接使用普通UIViewController时，因为没有导航栏组件，不会生成那些和导航栏相关的约束，所以不会出现冲突。
