多模块Java项目根目录Maven插件占位符替换问题

问题背景 #

我有一个基于Maven的多模块Java项目，根目录包含多个子模块及存放脚本、配置的目录。CI作业通过Maven命令传递项目元数据参数（如mvn clean install -Dpr.version=8.1.0-SNAPSHOT -Dstate.version=R12X -DLicense.key=CDW2025YY），需要替换文件中的占位符。

子模块的占位符替换正常，但根目录的scripts和config目录未声明为子模块，无法替换其中的占位符。尝试将maven-antrun-plugin绑定到validate阶段，发现插件仅在子模块执行，根POM不生效；但直接执行mvn antrun:run时可正常替换。当前插件配置如下：

解决方案 #

方案1：确保插件配置在根POM的<build><plugins>节点下 #

如果插件配置之前放在<pluginManagement>中，需将其移至<build><plugins>节点下。<pluginManagement>仅用于统一插件版本，不会直接触发执行，移至<plugins>后根模块会直接执行该插件。

方案2：显式指定根模块参与构建 #

执行Maven命令时添加-pl .参数强制处理根模块，-am确保同时构建依赖的子模块：

mvn clean install -pl . -am -Dpr.version=8.1.0-SNAPSHOT -Dstate.version=R12X -DLicense.key=CDW2025YY

方案3：调整插件绑定的阶段 #

将插件绑定到initialize阶段（早于validate，确保在子模块构建前执行根目录的占位符替换），修改后的插件配置：
