无线接入点(AP)IP地址设置失败问题咨询
Hey there, let's figure out why you can't assign a 192.168.0.xx IP to your AP when your router's gateway is 192.168.0.1 — here are the most common fixes to try:
- Check for IP conflicts: That
192.168.0.xxaddress might already be taken by another device on your router's network. Log into your router's admin panel, look for the "DHCP Client List" or "Connected Devices" section, and pick an IP that's not already assigned to something else. - Match the AP's current subnet first: Right now your AP is on
192.168.1.xxx, which is a different subnet than your router. Some APs block cross-subnet IP changes directly from the web interface. Try setting your computer's IP to192.168.1.yyy(same subnet as the AP), then log back into the AP's admin page and change its IP to192.168.0.xx. After saving, don't forget to switch your computer back to automatic IP or a192.168.0.xaddress. - Verify the AP's operating mode: If your AP is running in Router Mode (with its own DHCP server enabled), it can't share the same subnet as your main router — this causes network conflicts, so the AP will reject the
192.168.0.xxIP. Switch the AP to AP Mode (also called "Bridge Mode" on some devices) which disables its DHCP server, then you should be able to set the IP to match your router's subnet. - Double-check the subnet mask: Make sure you're using the same subnet mask as your router (usually
255.255.255.0). If the AP's subnet mask doesn't match, it won't recognize192.168.0.xxas a valid address for the router's network.
If none of these work, try doing a factory reset on the AP and walk through the setup again — sometimes glitches in the config can block IP changes.
