方案1：调整根View的Insets处理逻辑 + 滚动布局包裹Fragment内容 #

步骤1：修改ParentActivity的Edge to Edge适配代码

只处理系统栏（含刘海屏区域）的Insets，不干预IME的Insets，让adjustResize属性正常生效，使布局随键盘弹出自动缩小，底部按钮自然会被键盘遮挡：
