原因分析 #

PowerShell 5.1的Start-Process在处理标准输出重定向时，默认使用系统OEM代码页（中文系统通常为GBK），而Python 3.6及以上版本默认以UTF-8编码输出。编码不匹配会导致输出流中断，后续内容无法写入文件。

无需修改原有PS代码的规避方案 #

方案1：封装代理脚本 #

创建一个代理脚本（如Start-Process-UTF8.ps1），在启动目标进程前统一设置编码兼容的环境变量，原有命令仅需替换调用对象：
