Ubuntu 22.04下技嘉RTX 4070显卡性能异常（游戏及GLXgears帧率极低）排查求助

大家好，我最近在搭载Z490主板的Ubuntu 22.04系统上安装了一块技嘉RTX 4070显卡，通过software-properties-gtk工具安装了535版本的NVIDIA驱动。目前看YouTube高清视频完全正常，但运行唯一的游戏X-plane时帧率低到几乎为0，就连glxgears也只有60FPS。我现在搞不清这是PCIe 4.0显卡和3.0主板的兼容性问题，还是驱动安装/配置环节出了问题，想请社区的大佬帮忙排查一下。
