ASRock Z790 PG Lightning主板Windows 11 Pro安装故障求助
Hey folks, I’m stuck in a frustrating loop trying to install Windows 11 Pro on my new ASRock Z790 PG Lightning build using an official Microsoft USB boot drive. Let me break down exactly what’s happening:
- When CSM (Compatibility Support Module) is disabled in UEFI, the USB boot drive doesn’t show up as an option at all. I can only get it to appear in the boot menu if I enable CSM first.
- But once I turn on CSM, boot from the USB, and enter my activation key, I hit this error message:
"This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for running Windows 11"
I’ve already verified all the critical settings and hardware specs that should meet Windows 11’s standards:
- Intel PTT is definitely enabled (I checked this repeatedly in UEFI)
- Secure Boot is turned on
- Hardware is more than sufficient: 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, 64GB of RAM
- My UEFI firmware version is 5.01
I’ve messed around with other UEFI settings too, but nothing fixes this catch-22—either I can’t boot from the USB, or I run into the system requirements error. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue on this motherboard, or does anyone have a workaround to get Windows 11 installed properly?
