Windows 10文本高亮时误触发拖拽移动的问题求助

大家好，我用的是Windows 10，最近碰到个特别闹心的问题，我怀疑是不小心开了某个设置，但找了半天没找到解决办法，也搜不到精准匹配这个问题的描述，只好来这儿求助了。

核心问题是这样的：不管是在可编辑文本场景里——比如邮件草稿、各个浏览器的地址栏、记事本、Sublime Text、Word、PowerPoint这些地方——只要我高亮选中文本的速度稍微慢一点点（哪怕半毫秒那种），已经选中的内容就会被直接拖拽粘贴到光标所在的位置，完全打乱了原本的文本结构。

举个实际发生的例子：

初始文本：

我从下往上开始选文本的时候，光标经常会停在选中内容上方一两行的位置，选中的文本就直接被移到那儿去了，最后变成这样：

这真的太影响效率了，现在我只能靠Shift加方向键来选文本，慢得要死。

• 带触摸屏的笔记本电脑，合上盖子连接了两台24英寸显示器
• 使用外接蓝牙键盘和鼠标
