关于使用ALISS.org API提取数据至CSV的技术求助

Hi folks,

I’ve been trying to wrap my head around this on my own but I’m totally stuck— I’ve read up on APIs and data extraction, but none of it’s making sense to me right now.

Let me break down what I need: there’s an organization called ALISS.org that has an API for accessing their database of local community groups and support groups. I want to use this API to pull all of that data into a CSV file for my work. My end goal is to match these groups against existing lists of funding options, so I can link them up and help the groups get access to funding in their areas.

The problem is, I don’t know how to actually extract the full dataset. I’ve found a few tools that let me load the API, but they only give me sample returns— not all the data I need.

I’m really sorry to ask this, I’m sure it’s a straightforward task for someone with more experience, but it’s just out of my current skill range. Any help or step-by-step guidance would be massively appreciated!

Also, a quick heads-up: my work system is super locked down. Tools like Excel don’t have any advanced features that I can use for this, from what I can tell.
