关于Google Cloud synthesizeLongAudio超时及性能下降的技术咨询

背景 #

过去两周我一直在通过应用调用Google Cloud的synthesizeLongAudio接口，之前运行完全稳定：

• 每日将约15000字符的简报转换为语音
• 调用端点：https://texttospeech.googleapis.com/v1beta1/projects/[MyProjectNumber]/locations/[MyProjectLocation]:synthesizeLongAudio，JSON请求体格式正确
• 任务提交后通过https://texttospeech.googleapis.com/v1beta1/[JobNameReturnedBySynthesizeLongAudio]轮询状态，原轮询间隔1分钟，任务平均2-4分钟即可完成

故障情况（10月29日起） #

从10月29日开始，任务突然出现持续超时问题：

• 任务运行5小时后报错，轮询时进度卡在20%、25%或40%
• 我将轮询间隔调整为10分钟以减少接口调用，中间轮询返回结果如下：

• 5小时后最终轮询结果显示任务过期：

• 存储桶中可见任务生成了部分合成片段，但无法完成最终片段及合并为单个文件
• 今日任务虽完成，但耗时30-40分钟（为原耗时的10倍），无法确认问题已彻底解决
• 故障当日多次重新提交任务，后续每日尝试，至今已一周，问题仍未完全消除
