R包安装与更新失败求助：boot、Matrix包无法更新

操作步骤 #

• 安装并加载BiocManager包：

install.packages('BiocManager')
library(BiocManager)

• 尝试安装多个生物信息学相关包：

BiocManager::install('WGCNA')
BiocManager::install('flashClust')
BiocManager::install("GO.db")
BiocManager::install("impute")
BiocManager::install("preprocessCore")

错误现象 #

执行上述安装代码时，触发权限错误：安装路径C:/Program Files (x86)/R/R-4.5.1/library无写入权限，无法更新boot、Matrix包。单独尝试更新这两个包也无法完成。

预期目标 #

希望安装代码正常运行，成功加载并使用WGCNA、flashClust、curl等包。
