Zabbix 6.4.2服务器添加Windows 10客户端无数据上报问题求助

各位好，我最近搭建Zabbix监控时遇到了个难题，想请大家帮忙分析下。

我的Zabbix 6.4.2服务器部署在家庭实验室的VMware虚拟机上，服务器本身登录、操作都正常。之后我给一台Windows 10主机安装了Zabbix Agent 2，安装时填写了服务器的局域网IP地址。

我已经确认服务器和客户端之间网络是通的——两边都能互相ping通，但客户端始终没有数据上报到服务器。后来我还特意在服务器端手动添加了这个客户端主机，结果还是没有任何数据过来。

我查看了客户端的Agent日志，里面有一些错误提示，但我不太确定具体问题出在哪，日志内容如下：

目前我已经临时关闭了Windows 10客户端的防火墙，但问题依然存在。想问问大家，除了防火墙之外，还有哪些地方需要排查或者调整的？
