问题 #

在Azure DevOps配置构建入口流水线时，部分应用仅依赖templates-repo仓库，部分额外需要changelogs仓库，通过ChangelogSync参数控制是否启用changelogs仓库。当前入口流水线固定定义了两个仓库资源，尝试在模板中用condition控制changelogs的检出步骤，但未生效：即使ChangelogSync设为false，流水线仍尝试检出该仓库并报错：

Checkout of repository 'changelogs' is not supported. Only 'self', 'none', or a repository alias are supported.

解决方案 #

问题核心在于：condition是运行时判断，而仓库资源的别名解析、checkout步骤的合法性校验是在流水线编译阶段完成的。当ChangelogSync为false时，入口流水线仍定义了changelogs资源（或未定义但模板里仍有该步骤），导致编译阶段报错。需从入口流水线资源定义和模板步骤生成两个层面做条件控制：

1. 入口流水线：条件化定义changelogs仓库资源 #

修改入口流水线的resources部分，仅当ChangelogSync为true时才引入changelogs仓库：

修改stages-build.yaml模板，用编译时表达式${{ if }}完全排除不需要的检出步骤，而非运行时condition：

原理说明 #

• 编译时表达式${{ if }}会在流水线初始化阶段直接生成/排除对应的资源或步骤，避免运行时的合法性校验错误；
• 仅当ChangelogSync为true时，入口流水线才会引入changelogs仓库资源，模板才会生成对应的检出步骤，彻底避免不必要的仓库检出操作。
