ReportPortal service-ui本地构建登录失败：认证及404问题求助

• 需求：为ReportPortal的每个Launch item添加按钮，此前尝试插件实现失败，改为直接修改本地service-ui代码
• 本地启动配置：修改主docker-compose.yml，注释原image配置，改用本地service-ui Dockerfile构建，配置片段如下：
