Node.js集成MongoDB Atlas连接失败问题求助

搭建个人作品集网站时，集成MongoDB Atlas连接遇到以下问题：

使用SRV格式连接字符串： #

mongodb+srv://database_user:password@cluster0.qglsmjz.mongodb.net/test?retryWrites=true&w=majority

出现错误：

MongoDB connection failed:
querySrv ECONNREFUSED _mongodb._tcp.cluster0.qglsmjz.mongodb.net
[nodemon] app crashed - waiting for file changes before starting...

使用非SRV格式连接字符串： #

mongodb://database_user:password@cluster0.qglsmjz.mongodb.net/test?retryWrites=true&w=majority

出现错误：

MongoDB connection failed:
Could not connect to any servers in your MongoDB Atlas cluster. One common reason is that you're trying to access the database from an IP that isn't whitelisted. Make sure your current IP address is on your Atlas cluster's IP whitelist
[nodemon] app crashed - waiting for file changes before starting...

已知条件：

• 连接字符串在MongoDB Compass中可正常连接
• .env文件配置已生效
• 已尝试添加0.0.0.0到IP白名单，重启服务后问题仍未解决

解决步骤 #

1. 确认Node.js驱动版本兼容性 #

SRV格式的连接字符串要求MongoDB Node.js驱动版本≥3.0。

• 检查当前驱动版本：

  npm list mongodb
  

• 若版本过低，升级至最新稳定版：

  npm install mongodb@latest
  

2. 排查网络DNS解析问题 #

SRV连接依赖DNS SRV记录查询，部分网络（如企业内网、校园网）可能拦截此类请求：

• 在终端测试DNS解析：

  nslookup _mongodb._tcp.cluster0.qglsmjz.mongodb.net
  

• 若解析失败，尝试切换网络（如手机热点），或联系网络管理员开放DNS查询权限。

3. 修正非SRV连接字符串格式 #

非SRV格式的Atlas连接需要明确指定副本集节点、端口和SSL参数，请勿手动拼接，直接从Atlas控制台复制完整字符串：

mongodb://database_user:password@cluster0-shard-00-00.qglsmjz.mongodb.net:27017,cluster0-shard-00-01.qglsmjz.mongodb.net:27017,cluster0-shard-00-02.qglsmjz.mongodb.net:27017/test?ssl=true&replicaSet=atlas-xxxxxx-shard-0&authSource=admin&retryWrites=true&w=majority

4. 验证环境变量配置正确性 #

• 确保.env文件中的连接字符串无多余空格，密码中的特殊字符（如@、$、!）已做URL编码
• 在代码中临时打印环境变量值，确认读取到的字符串与Atlas控制台复制的完全一致：

  console.log(process.env.MONGODB_URI);
  

5. 检查Atlas集群状态与白名单 #

• 登录MongoDB Atlas控制台，确认集群状态为Running，无维护任务
• 白名单中除了0.0.0.0，添加当前设备的公网IP（可通过curl ifconfig.me获取），保存后等待1-2分钟再重启服务
