Certbot Apache插件已安装但无法调用的问题求助

大家好，我最近在用Certbot配置SSL证书时遇到了个棘手的问题：明明已经安装了Apache插件，却始终调用不了，想请各位帮忙排查下原因。

最开始我直接执行命令：

certbot --apache

得到的报错是：

Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log

The requested apache plugin does not appear to be installed

我以为是插件没装，就运行了安装命令：

dnf install certbot python3-certbot-apache

结果终端显示两个包都已经安装完成了，只是有仓库重复配置的提示：

Repository extras is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository fasttrack is listed more than once in the configuration
Last metadata expiration check: 0:38:45 ago on Sun 08 Oct 2023 06:17:31 PM -04.
Package certbot-1.22.0-1.el8.noarch is already installed.
Package python3-certbot-apache-1.22.0-1.el8.noarch is already installed.

Nothing to do.
Complete!

之后我用certbot plugins查看已安装插件，结果只显示了standalone和webroot两种，完全找不到Apache插件的踪迹：

再试一次certbot --apache，还是弹出同样的插件未安装提示。我现在实在没头绪了，有没有大佬能给点解决思路？
