刚好之前在Xamarin iOS项目里碰到过一模一样的问题！UITableViewCell里的UILabel内容少的时候垂直居中确实很别扭，给你几个亲测有效的解决办法：

方法一：自定义UILabel子类（最稳定通用） #

默认UILabel的绘制逻辑是把文本垂直居中，所以我们可以自定义一个子类重写文本绘制的区域，强制让文本从顶部开始显示。

代码实现很简单：

    {

    {

使用的时候，把UITableViewCell里原来的UILabel替换成这个TopAlignedLabel，不管内容是一行还是多行，文本都会牢牢贴在左上角，完全不会出现居中的情况。

方法二：用AutoLayout约束实现（适合AutoLayout布局的Cell） #

如果你的Cell是用AutoLayout来布局的，不需要自定义子类，只要设置对约束就行：

• 给UILabel添加顶部、左侧、右侧的约束，不要设置固定高度（可以设一个最小高度约束保证视觉效果）
• 确保UILabel的Lines = 0、LineBreakMode = UILineBreakMode.WordWrap
• 关键：把UITableView的RowHeight设置为UITableView.AutomaticDimension，同时给EstimatedRowHeight设一个估算值（比如100f）

这样Cell会根据Label的内容自动调整高度，当内容只有一行时，Label的高度会收缩到刚好容纳文本的高度，自然就靠上了；内容多的时候Label会自动扩展，保持顶部对齐。

方法三：动态调整Label Frame（适合纯Frame布局的场景） #

如果你的Cell还是用传统的Frame布局，那可以在Cell的LayoutSubviews方法里动态计算文本高度，然后调整Label的Frame：

记得每次更新Label内容后，要调用MyContentLabel.SetNeedsLayout()或者Cell的SetNeedsLayout()来触发重新布局哦。
