Xcode 9.3/9.4无法构建Foundation、UIKit等模块问题求助

I’ve been banging my head against this problem for 4 days now with zero progress. My project compiles and runs flawlessly in Xcode 9.2, but as soon as I try to build it in Xcode 9.3 or 9.4, I hit showstopper errors: could not build module 'UIKit' and could not build module 'Foundation'.

These errors pop up during the build phase, and no matter what I try, I can’t get the project to compile. The code itself hasn’t changed at all—this only started happening when I upgraded Xcode.

Has anyone else run into this exact issue? I’d be so grateful for any solutions or even troubleshooting steps to try. Thanks a ton in advance!
