关键修改说明
- PDF设备背景设为透明:你之前调用
pdf()时没加bg = "transparent",导致PDF页面本身自带白色背景。哪怕ggplot里的元素都设了透明,这个白色页面底在深色背景上就会显成白边。加上这个参数后,整个PDF的背景就彻底透明了。 - 移除theme_bw()默认面板边框:
theme_bw()默认会给面板加一圈边框,即使默认是灰色,在某些场景下可能会被误判为白边,直接设为element_blank()就能彻底消除这个隐患。 - 统一rect元素的边框设置:把
rect的colour设为NA,确保所有矩形元素的边框都不会残留,避免出现细线条的白边。
这样修改后导出的PDF,放到InDesign的深色背景上就不会有白边问题了,同时还能保留theme_bw()的风格。
