Visual Studio 2017中SSDT 2017调试器无法启动问题求助

I'm working on a straightforward SSIS project that imports a small sample CSV file into SQL Server, but I've hit a wall: the debugger refuses to start entirely.

I searched Stack Overflow using the keyword debugger error Microsoft.DataTransformationServices.VsIntegration and went through every result. I found a similar unresolved post from a VS2015 user about a year back, but it didn't offer any working solutions.

I've checked both Event Viewer and the generated Visual Studio logs, but haven't found any relevant details to help identify the root cause.

When I attempt to run the SSIS job, two error messages pop up:

Earlier, I had a ton of issues installing and configuring SSDT for Visual Studio 2017, which I eventually fixed using a method from a Stack Overflow post. Now this debugger problem has cropped up.

I'm planning to try reinstalling packages from the payload folder to troubleshoot, but I'm hoping someone has encountered this exact issue and managed to resolve it successfully. Any insights or fixes would be greatly appreciated!
