Yesterday I created a Service Fabric application containing a new Actor, deployed it to my local Service Fabric cluster, and the publish status in Visual Studio showed Success. But when I check the cluster via Service Fabric Explorer, the Actor is stuck in an Error health state.

To isolate the problem, I created a fresh Actor sample solution in Visual Studio, building a .NET Core 2.0 Actor Service:

Here are the versions of the NuGet packages used in this problematic solution:
- Microsoft.ServiceFabric (6.2.274)
- Microsoft.ServiceFabric.Actors (3.1.274)
- Microsoft.ServiceFabric.Data (3.1.274)
- Microsoft.ServiceFabric.Services (3.1.274)
My development environment details:
- Visual Studio version: 15.7.2
- Service Fabric Runtime version: 6.2.274.9494 (latest available)
Notably, I have an existing Actor solution that uses older versions of these Service Fabric NuGet packages—it deploys and runs flawlessly on the same cluster. As soon as I update those packages to the latest versions mentioned above, the Actor starts showing errors in Service Fabric Explorer. This makes me strongly suspect the issue is directly caused by the latest Service Fabric NuGet package versions.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve it?
