基于TheNest模板适配窄屏时，MDB语言选择下拉菜单失效问题求助

Hey everyone, I'm currently building a website using the TheNest HTML template, and I've integrated a dropdown language selector from Material Design Bootstrap (MDB). The site is fully responsive, so it renders differently on narrow screens like phones or tablets.

Here's the breakdown of my issue:

• The language selector is placed in the main menu (the one below the top menu in Picture 1). On desktop/wide screens, it works perfectly—hovering over it opens the dropdown list without any hiccups.
• But when I shrink the screen to simulate mobile/tablet views, the top menu disappears, and the main menu moves to the top and turns black. At this point, the dropdown language selector stops working entirely. Hovering over it doesn't trigger the dropdown to open at all, like some element or script is blocking the interaction.

I'm really stuck on troubleshooting this. If it would help diagnose the problem, I can share a link to my development server so you can inspect it firsthand.
