Google Consent SDK集成问题：GDPR授权对话框无法弹出

1. 地理位置检测的准确性问题 #

虽然你用了VPN，但Google的Consent SDK会通过多种维度判断用户位置，不是只看IP。建议你同时做这几步：

• 把设备的系统语言和地区都改成欧盟国家（比如德国、法国）
• 把Google Play账户的地区切换到欧盟地区（这个优先级很高，SDK经常会优先读取这个信息）

2. 代码中缺少Consent状态判断逻辑 #

看你的代码，onConsentInfoUpdated回调里完全是空的！SDK只有在检测到用户位于需要授权的地区，且当前Consent状态为UNKNOWN时，才需要弹出对话框。你得在这个回调里加上状态判断，只有符合条件才加载并显示表单：

SDK会缓存之前的授权状态，如果你之前在非欧盟地区运行过App，缓存的状态可能是PERSONALIZED或NON_PERSONALIZED，导致不会再弹出对话框。测试阶段可以添加重置缓存的代码：

4. 检查隐私政策URL的有效性 #
