WPF用户控件内Popup按钮无响应问题求助

办法1：给Popup设置PlacementTarget并开启Focusable #

这是最直接的修复方式，让Popup明确附着在ToggleButton上，同时允许Popup获得焦点，确保内部控件能接收输入事件：
