Ubuntu 22.04下Dell KB900键盘无线USB接收器无法工作求助

大家好，我碰到个棘手的问题：我的Dell Premier Collaboration Keyboard KB900用蓝牙连接时一切正常，但换成无线USB接收器就完全没反应，想请教各位有没有解决思路？

从日志来看系统已经识别到了无线接收器，但就是没法用键盘输入，有没有朋友遇到过类似问题，或者有排查方向可以指点一下？
