公网环境下VirtualBox虚拟机RDP远程连接配置问题求助

当前遇到的问题： #

我认为下一步需要在Netgear路由器中添加端口转发规则，但当我尝试将「内部IP地址」设置为虚拟机的192.168.39.114时，路由器提示「Invalid Data. Internal IP Address is not in LAN!」（无效数据，内部IP地址不在局域网内），不知道该怎么解决这个问题。
