Windows Server 2022安装Hyper-V后无法创建虚拟网络适配器，报Generic failure错误求助

大家好，我在Windows Server 2022上安装了Hyper-V，但发现它没有自动创建虚拟网络适配器。我已经尝试了不少修复方法，比如卸载重装Hyper-V、运行netcfg -d命令，但都没解决问题。

目前遇到的错误主要是Generic failure，同时在事件查看器里看到如下报错：
