OpenDKIM编译后缺少RSA-SHA256支持导致启动失败求助

大家好，我最近从源码编译安装OpenDKIM时碰到了棘手的问题，启动服务时直接提示缺少rsa-sha256支持并终止，想请各位帮忙排查下问题所在。

我的编译安装步骤 #

我通过以下命令完成了OpenDKIM的源码编译与安装：

mkdir /opt/opendkim
cd /opt/opendkim
wget https://sourceforge.net/projects/opendkim/files/opendkim-2.10.3.tar.gz
tar -xzvf opendkim-2.10.3.tar.gz
cd opendkim-2.10.3
./configure --with-openssl=/usr/bin/openssl --with-sql-backend=mysql --with-odbx
make
make install

编译过程中的疑点 #

在configure的输出里，我看到了这两行内容，心里犯嘀咕是不是OpenSSL没有被正确识别：

checking for OpenSSL includes... no
checking for OpenSSL library and includes... /usr/bin/openssl

我的系统里已经安装了OpenSSL 3.0.8版本，版本信息如下：

已验证的版本信息 #

执行opendkim -V查看版本细节，输出显示只支持rsa-sha1算法：
