使用GA版QnAmaker门户部署后,Azure中找不到Channels标签页求助
Hey there! I’ve helped a few folks work through this exact issue with the GA QnA Maker portal—here’s what’s going on and how to fix it:
The GA version of QnA Maker has shifted how bot channel management works. The Channels tab you’re looking for isn’t located in the QnA Maker resource itself anymore. Instead, you need to access the linked Azure Bot Service resource that was created alongside your QnA knowledge base.
Here’s the step-by-step to find it:
- Log into the Azure Portal, then use the top search bar to look up the name you used when creating your QnA chatbot.
- Look for a resource of type
Azure Bot(not the QnA Maker resource) in the search results. - Once you open this Azure Bot resource, you’ll see the Channels tab in the left-hand navigation menu—this is where you can set up deployments to Microsoft Teams, Web Chat, and other channels just like before.
A quick note: If no Azure Bot resource was created automatically when you set up your QnA knowledge base, you’ll need to manually create an Azure Bot Service resource in Azure first. Then head back to the QnA Maker portal to link your knowledge base to this new Bot resource, and the Channels tab will become available in the Bot resource afterward.
The old Channels entry in the QnA Maker resource has been removed in the GA release, so don’t waste time looking there—all channel management is now handled through Azure Bot Service.
