FortiClient VPN卡在98%无法连接的问题排查求助

大家好，我现在碰到了FortiClient VPN的棘手问题——每次尝试连接都会卡在98%的进度，试了好多次都没法定位根源，也找不到解决办法，想请教下社区里的各位大佬有没有相关经验或者排查方向？

我的环境信息 #

• FortiClient版本：7.2.2.0864
• 操作系统：Windows 11
• 网络配置：使用自定义端口10443

已尝试的排查步骤 #

• 重启FortiClient应用程序
• 重启电脑
• 在Windows Defender防火墙中，允许Forticlient Console、FortiClient Installer、FortiClient Network services、FortiClient security、FortiClient Security Console在私有和公网网络下进行通信
• 彻底卸载后重新安装FortiClient

尽管做了以上这些尝试，问题还是没有解决，我依然无法成功建立VPN连接。如果有人遇到过类似的问题，或者对可能的解决方案有思路，麻烦给我一些指导！

另外，FortiClient有没有专门的日志或者诊断工具可以帮助定位这类问题？如果有的话，也请告诉我如何访问和解读这些工具。
