Azure的Microsoft.Compute资源提供者一直处于注册中无法完成

我最近在Azure上碰到了一个头疼的问题：Microsoft.Compute资源提供者始终无法完成注册，已经卡了6个小时了，完全没进展。

具体情况是这样的：

• 不管用macOS本地命令行还是Azure Cloud Shell执行az provider register -n Microsoft.Compute命令，触发注册后，状态一直停留在“Registering”
• 用az provider show --namespace Microsoft.Compute -o table命令查询，返回的状态始终是Registering，没有任何变化

背景信息 #

• 其他资源提供者（Microsoft.Network、Microsoft.Storage、Microsoft.ContainerService）都已经成功注册，没有问题
• 我是当前订阅的管理员，权限方面应该排除了问题
• 因为这个提供者没注册完成，我创建AKS集群直接失败，报错信息如下：

Operation failed with status: 'Bad Request'. Details: Required resource provider registrations Microsoft.Compute are missing.

• 之前在客户的Azure账号上执行完全相同的操作，5分钟内就完成了注册，对比下来这个情况很反常

已尝试的无效解决方法 #

我试了两种常见的解决思路，但都没效果：

1. 在资源组里创建VM，想触发自动注册机制，但创建完成后，Microsoft.Compute的注册状态还是没变化
2. 尝试执行az provider unregister -n Microsoft.Compute取消注册，打算重新来，但直接报错：

The subscription cannot be unregistered from resource namespace 'Microsoft.Compute'. Please delete existing resources for the provider.

当前计划 #

目前我打算删除当前订阅重新创建，但总觉得这是下下策，想问问有没有遇到过类似问题的朋友，有没有更高效的解决方案？
