I have an Ionic app that's been live for over a year, and recently multiple users have reported it gets stuck on the loading screen—this is usually a sign of no network connectivity on the device.

I've already set up the necessary configurations in index.html and config.xml, and I haven't modified these settings recently:

Troubleshooting Done So Far #

• I use Sentry for error logging, but there are no error reports coming in. This suggests either no errors are being thrown, or the app doesn't have network access to send logs.
• The issue only occurs on Android devices, specifically older Android 5 and 6 versions. One user fixed the problem by upgrading their system.
• I'm planning to release a new version with improved error handling to pinpoint the issue, but I can't reproduce it on my test devices and can't get direct feedback from affected users, which makes this really challenging.

I'd really appreciate any help or suggestions from the community to figure out what's going on here.
