在Eclipse Maven项目中使用Log4j2遇报错：找不到日志实现

我使用maven-archetype-quickstart创建了一个新Maven项目，开发环境是Ubuntu 17.10上的Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers Oxygen.3a Release（4.7.3a）。
