• My account dashboard clearly displays two active, valid API keys, yet every time I try to access the API website, I'm hit with an exception error message.
• When I navigate to the "Products" section, select "Project Academic Knowledge" to go to its dedicated page, and click the "Subscribe" button, I land on an error page instead of the expected subscription setup flow.

I've waited a few days hoping this might be a temporary service glitch, but the issues persist. Any help or guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
