如何提升YouTube Data API v3配额？遇reCAPTCHA V1报错无法申请

Hey there, let's tackle your problem and clarify your options clearly:

1. Resolving the reCAPTCHA V1 Shutdown Error #

That old quota request form link you're using is outdated—Google retired reCAPTCHA V1 years ago, which is why you're hitting that error. You need to use the official, up-to-date quota request flow through Google Cloud Console:

• Log into your Google Cloud account and navigate to the project linked to your YouTube Data API v3 usage.
• Go to the API Library, locate the YouTube Data API v3, and access its "Quota" page.
• Look for the option to "Request Quota Increase"—this will take you through a modern, valid form without the reCAPTCHA issue.

2. Quota Options: Free Request vs. Paid Packages #

You have two main paths to get more YouTube Data API v3 quota:

• Free Quota Increase Request: If your usage is non-commercial, or you have a legitimate, moderate need that exceeds the base free quota, you can submit a request via the Cloud Console flow mentioned above. Be sure to detail your use case clearly (what you're building, why current quota isn't enough) to improve your chances of approval. Google reviews these requests based on policy compliance and usage validity.
• Paid Quota Packages: For urgent needs or commercial use cases, Google offers paid additional quota. On the same Quota page in Cloud Console, you'll find options to purchase quota packages that fit your requirements. This option skips the review process—once you complete the purchase, the extra quota becomes available immediately.

Just a quick tip: Before choosing either path, double-check your current API usage to confirm exactly how much extra quota you need. This helps you make a more targeted request or purchase.
