• WebDriver的getAttribute('disabled')方法返回的是字符串类型的'true'，而你用toBe(true)断言的是布尔类型的true。JavaScript里字符串和布尔值是严格不同的，所以断言直接失败了。
• 补充个小细节：如果按钮没有设置disabled属性，getAttribute('disabled')会返回null，而不是你可能以为的false；只有当按钮明确添加了disabled属性（不管是写disabled="disabled"还是HTML5的简写disabled），这个方法才会返回字符串'true'。
