我碰到一个棘手的问题：下面这段发送带音效通知的代码，在API 24设备上能正常触发通知音效，但在API 27（Android O）的模拟器上完全没反应。我已经仔细检查过通知设置，确认对应的通知渠道已经开启了默认音效播放权限。
