Fixing the Shorter Search Bar on greysofa.html

Hey Jasmine, let's get that search bar sorted out! Since most of your site's code matches across pages, here are the key spots to check and tweak to make it match the rest:

Inspect the search bar's direct CSS styles
Fire up your browser's dev tools (hit F12, then click the selector tool to pick the search bar). Look at the Styles panel on the right—you’ll likely see a width (or max-width) property set to a smaller value than on your other pages. If it’s an inline style (directly in the HTML element like <div class="search-bar" style="width: 200px">), just update that width to match your other pages. If it’s a CSS rule, find where that rule lives (either in a <style> tag on the page or your global CSS file) and adjust the width value to match.
Check the search bar's parent container
Sometimes the issue isn’t the search bar itself, but its parent element. For example, if the header or nav holding the search bar has a narrower width, extra padding, or added margin on greysofa.html, it’ll squeeze the search bar. Use dev tools to select the parent element and compare its dimensions (width, padding, margin) to the same container on your other pages. Adjust those values to match, and the search bar should expand to fit properly.
Look for page-specific CSS overrides
It’s possible this page has a unique class on the <body> tag (like <body class="grey-sofa-page">) and there’s a CSS rule targeting .grey-sofa-page .search-bar with a smaller width. Scan your page’s styles (both inline and linked CSS files) for any rules that only apply to this page’s search bar, then update the width to match your site’s standard.
