Ebay市场账户删除端点验证失败排查求助

我现在遇到了Ebay无法验证我的市场账户删除端点的问题，只返回一条通用错误提示：

Marketplace account deletion endpoint validation failed. Click here to learn more about setting up an endpoint.

我的Laravel应用中，对应端点的处理代码如下：

我自己用Postman或手动调用这个端点时完全正常：

• 能返回200状态码
• 响应格式为application/json
• 返回的challengeResponse值符合预期，示例响应如下：

  {"challengeResponse":"5fce4f1b3b0dd1fba1a06dad6364c78de7447305d8de4b1d7137648f2c60ebb1"}
  

• 我在代码里加了日志记录，手动调用时能看到对应的日志条目，但在Ebay后台保存端点后，完全看不到Ebay发起请求的日志痕迹，就好像Ebay根本没尝试调用这个端点一样。

我现在卡在排查的思路上了，有没有大佬能给点排查建议？
