Zorin OS 17 Core下VSCode无法识别C++头文件（SFML/Qt/OpenGL）的求助

Hey，有没有大佬能帮帮我？我真的快被这个问题搞崩溃了😭

我用的是基于Ubuntu和Debian的Zorin OS 17 Core，刚接触C++和Linux，最近一直在尝试配置SFML、Qt和OpenGL这几个库，但VSCode一直给我报类似的错误：

#include errors detected. Please update your includePath. Squiggles are disabled for this translation unit (/home/golissson/Documents/Programação/C++/Qt/untitled/main.cpp).C/C++(1696)
Include file not found in browse.path.

我已经试过好几种方法了：

• 通过系统包管理器下载安装这些库
• 手动下载tar.xz包解压配置
• 修改了.vscode文件夹里的c_cpp_properties.json的includePath字段

但不管怎么弄，这些红色的波浪线和错误提示就是消不掉，真的很打击积极性。如果有大佬知道怎么解决，麻烦教教我，万分感激！
