咨询：是否有适配OM SDK的Cordova插件及相关开发计划

Hey there! Let me break down what I know about this for you, based on my experience with Cordova and ad tech SDKs:

Current Plugin Status #

• As of right now, there’s no official, widely maintained Cordova plugin that fully integrates the IAB’s Open Measurement (OM) SDK. A quick sweep of popular plugin hubs like npm or Cordova’s official registry doesn’t turn up a stable, production-ready option that covers all the OM SDK’s app viewability measurement features.
• There might be a few community-built or niche plugins floating around, but they’re usually unmaintained or only handle a small subset of the SDK’s functionality. I’d be wary of relying on these for critical production use unless you’re ready to fork and maintain the code yourself.

Development Outlook #

• There’s no public announcement of official support from major Cordova plugin vendors or the IAB itself at this time. That said, given how important viewability measurement is becoming in ad tech, it’s plausible that third-party developers or ad-focused Cordova plugin teams might take on this project down the line.
• If you need to integrate the OM SDK into your Cordova app quickly, your best bet is to build a custom Cordova plugin that wraps the native OM SDK libraries (for both iOS and Android). This involves writing native code bindings to expose the SDK’s core APIs to your JavaScript Cordova code. The IAB’s official documentation has detailed guides on implementing the native SDKs, which you can use as a blueprint for your wrapper.

Quick Tips for Custom Implementation #

• Start by mapping out which OM SDK APIs are critical for your viewability measurement needs—you don’t have to wrap every single function right away.
• Use Cordova’s built-in plugin tools like plugman to scaffold the native bridge between your JS code and the OM SDK.
• Test rigorously on both iOS and Android, since viewability logic can have subtle platform-specific differences.
