调整系统分区后Windows 10无法正常启动的问题求助

大家好，我最近碰到个头疼的Windows启动问题，想请各位帮忙分析下原因：

我之前调整了Windows 10系统分区的大小，还新建了一个分区，结果现在电脑过完BIOS界面就直接弹出提示：

Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

后来我发现，在BIOS界面按F12调出启动项列表时，里面有个空的启动选项，选它的话Windows就能正常启动；但选那个对应C盘所在SSD的启动项反而没用。

我导出了bcdedit的输出结果，内容如下：
