ASUS ROG系列主板Ubuntu系统蓝牙无法启用及搜索设备的问题求助

大家好，这个问题之前有人提过但一直没看到有效解答，我自己卡了好一阵子，想请教下各位大佬。

我的设备是ASUS ROG Flow X13 GV302XV，装的Ubuntu 23.10。之前看到有个针对USB蓝牙的解决方案是执行sudo dkms install btusb/4.1，但我执行到最后编译失败了——而且我的蓝牙是板载的，不是USB外接的，这个方案本来就不对症。

接下来我做了一系列排查，先看蓝牙服务状态：

sudo service bluetooth status

输出显示服务是正常运行的：

但状态栏里根本没有蓝牙图标，我另一台用USB蓝牙适配器的ASUS ROG M8H机器是正常显示图标的。

然后查硬件信息：

sudo lshw | grep blue -C 8

能识别到板载的Qualcomm蓝牙4.1：

这台机器之前装旧版Ubuntu的时候蓝牙是能用的，主板是Intel Z170芯片组，支持BT4.0/3.0+HS。

现在的核心问题是：Ubuntu的蓝牙设置里显示蓝牙已开启，搜索设备的圈一直在转，但永远搜不到任何设备——哪怕我插了USB蓝牙适配器也一样。而旁边的ROG M8H（没板载蓝牙，用适配器）之前能立刻搜到并连接设备，现在也出现了完全相同的问题，两台机器装的是完全相同的Ubuntu版本。

华硕只提供Windows格式的蓝牙固件，明确说不支持类Unix系统，但很多人用ROG机器跑Ubuntu都没问题，所以应该有解决办法。我就是想给每台桌面机连一个蓝牙音箱，不用插一堆有线音箱，这点需求应该不难实现吧（我知道同一时间只能连一台设备）。

再看内核日志：

sudo dmesg|grep Blue

输出：

然后用bluetoothctl工具，看起来工具本身能运行，但我不太会用，关键是搜不到设备。另外查hci设备状态：

hciconfig

显示hci0是DOWN状态：

用btmgmt info能看到控制器信息：

bluetoothctl list也能识别到控制器：

我试过解锁所有射频：

rfkill unblock all

但hciconfig还是显示hci0 DOWN。然后尝试开启蓝牙：

bluetoothctl power on

报错：

Failed to set power on: org.bluez.Error.Busy

扫描设备也失败：

bluetoothctl scan on

输出：

Failed to start discovery: org.bluez.Error.NotReady

进入bluetoothctl交互模式，执行power on还是同样的Busy错误，devices命令也找不到任何设备。

针对M8H机器，我还试过这些操作（哪怕用sudo执行）：

hciconfig -a up
hciconfig hci0 reset
hciconfig hci0 up

结果全是：

Can't down device hci0: Operation not permitted (1)

或者：

Can't init device hci0: Operation not permitted (1)

重启机器是唯一能暂时清除这个Busy错误的办法，但重启后问题又会回来。蓝牙设置里也没找到重置的选项。

有没有大佬遇到过类似的情况？求指点一下思路，谢谢！
