线性时变(LTV)系统指数稳定必要条件的作业证明问询

这是我自适应控制课的一道作业题,卡了好一会儿,想请教下大家怎么继续推进证明:

考虑初值问题(IVP)$\dot x(t) = -u(t)^2x(t)$,初始条件为$x(0) = x_0$。假设该系统是指数稳定的,证明存在$\epsilon, T > 0$,使得对于任意$t > 0$,有
$$
\int_t^{t + T} u(\tau)^2d\tau \geqslant \epsilon T
$$

下面是我目前的推导思路:

已知系统是指数稳定的,那么存在$m, \alpha > 0$和$t_0\geqslant 0$,使得对于任意$t > t_0$,有:
$$
\Vert x(t)\Vert = \exp\left(-\int_{t_0}^t u(\tau)^2d\tau\right)\Vert x_0\Vert \leqslant m\exp[-\alpha(t - t_0)]\Vert x_0\Vert
$$
两边取对数整理后得到:
$$
\implies \int_{t_0}^t u(\tau)^2d\tau\geqslant \alpha(t - t_0)-\log m
$$

不过到这一步之后,我就不知道怎么推导得到$\int_t^{t + T}u^2d\tau$的下界,也不确定怎么把右边的式子转化成和$\epsilon T$相关的形式。有没有大佬能给点提示或者帮我梳理下后续的步骤呀?
