Windows资源管理器复制大量文件时卡在‘剩余项目: 0’的问题排查求助

这个问题已经困扰我好几个月了，翻遍谷歌都找不到能解决的办法，实在没办法来求助大家。

情况是这样的：当我用Windows资源管理器复制、移动或者删除包含数万文件的大文件夹时，有时候会卡在“剩余项目: 0”的状态好几分钟——明明显示剩余项目是0，但剩余大小却不为0，整个资源管理器界面直接卡住不动。

先跟大家说明下，我已经排查过很多可能的原因，这些情况可以完全排除：

• 涉及的磁盘是希捷Exos ST4000NM000A机械硬盘，标称4TB（实际可用3725.29GiB），不是外接硬盘，直接通过SATA3.0线连接主板，供电也直接接电源总线
• 磁盘无坏道：今天刚用DiskGenius检查过，完全没问题
• I/O速度符合机械硬盘的正常水平
• 通过了SeaTools的S.M.A.R.T.检测、短磁盘自检和短通用测试，全部顺利通过
• S.M.A.R.T.信息显示状态良好
• 文件系统完全正常，刚运行了chkdsk D:的只读模式检测，结果如下：

现在实在想不出还有什么原因会导致这个烦人的问题，谷歌搜出来的内容完全不相关。

我唯一能想到的可能是写缓存——打开devmgmt.msc看了下，所有磁盘的写缓存策略默认都是开启的。

想请教各位：这个问题和写缓存有关吗？我要不要禁用写缓存？还有什么办法能解决这个问题？
