如何配置Asana,将任务默认assignee设置为自身?
Hey there! As someone who’s made the switch from Jira to Asana, I get wanting to streamline task creation—especially when you’re the only user in your workspace. Setting yourself as the default assignee is straightforward, and there are two ways to do it depending on whether you want a global default or project-specific controls:
Global Default (Applies to All Tasks You Create)
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of Asana
- Select My Settings from the dropdown menu
- On the left-hand sidebar, navigate to the Defaults section
- Scroll down to the Task defaults area
- Open the Assignee dropdown and select your own name
- Hit the Save changes button at the bottom of the page—done!
Project-Specific Default (If You Want Per-Project Control)
If you prefer tailored defaults for individual projects (even as a sole user), you can configure this per project:
- Open the project you want to adjust
- Click the three-dot menu (Project actions) at the top of the project page
- Choose Project settings
- Go to the Defaults tab
- Select your name from the Assignee dropdown
- Save your changes, and any new task created in this project will auto-assign to you
A quick note: Since you’re the only user in your workspace, these settings won’t conflict with anyone else’s preferences. If you ever add team members later, your personal default will only apply to tasks you create—others will have their own default assignee settings.
