Ubuntu 22.04 LTS开机及登录后响应缓慢问题排查求助

我用的是搭载Core i7的戴尔笔记本，装的Ubuntu系统，现在遇到了挺头疼的问题——开机要3-5分钟就算了，登录进用户会话后，还得再等3-5分钟系统才能正常响应、不卡顿，这实在太磨人了。想问问大家这正常吗？有没有什么解决办法？
