Windows 10无法连接L2TP/IPsec预共享密钥VPN服务器（同网络其他设备可正常连接）
我的设备情况
我用的是2017款MacBook Pro，通过MacOS启动转换助理安装了Windows 10（不是虚拟机）。在MacOS系统下，我能连上目标VPN，但仅限手机热点；家里的WiFi或以太网都无法完成连接。
问题详情
我现在尝试在Windows 10系统下连接一台L2TP/IPsec预共享密钥类型的VPN服务器。密钥、密码、服务器IP和用户名都反复核对过，绝对正确。而且家里另一台普通PC（非MacBook）用完全相同的设置，在同一网络下能完美连接该VPN，速度也很稳定。
错误提示信息
The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding. This could be because one of the network devices (e.g, firewalls, NAT, routers, etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections. Please contact your Administrator or your service provider to determine which device may be causing the problem.
已尝试的解决办法
- 重启电脑
- 重装Windows系统
- 切换以太网、WiFi、手机热点三种网络环境
- 禁用IPv6
- 重启家庭路由器
- 关闭所有Windows防火墙
- 确认电脑未安装任何杀毒软件或同类安全工具
补充说明
这台VPN是朋友搭建的，具体细节我不太清楚，但同一网络下的其他PC、我的安卓手机都能正常连接。我实在搞不懂，明明设置和其他能连接的设备完全一致，为什么只有这台MacBook上的Windows 10无法成功连接。
